Over two weeks after the November 4th election, the debate over gay marriage still burns. The cogs of bureaucracy start to turn as California’s Supreme Court is set to hear arguments over the legality of a gay marriage ban. The legal action doesn’t directly challenge prop 8, however, instead it attacks majority rule referendums, according to the BBC.
The issue sparks heated debate on both sides. This image splashed onto the front page of reddit.
Looks very scientific
This may seem like an outpouring of support or the centerpiece of intense conversation, but scanning the 164 comments there is little dialogue over the issue.
